In that capacity, she helped develop campus human resources policies, negotiated and drafted employment-related agreements, and supervised the investigation of discrimination and harassment complaints. In addition, Ms. Kleiman represented the University in connection with union contract matters. Ms. Kleiman also possesses broad experience in the private sector, having worked as a litigator in the Los Angeles office of a large national law firm. Ms. Kleiman graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in International Relations. She received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where she was the editor-in-chief of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
