For the third consecutive year, Dan Hoffer and Barry Kellman have both been selected to the annual list of the top attorneys in the state published by Super Lawyers magazine.  No more than 5 percent of all California attorneys are selected for inclusion on this list.  The annual selections are made using a rigorous statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
